Can I return my AirPods 2nd generation for new ones or can I fix them manually?

Unfortunately if you are experiencing issues with your AirPods not holding charge well, then it would be in your best interest to go into your local Apple Retailer and they can service your AirPods. You can look at Apple's Repair & Service program here: AirPods Repair & Service - Apple Support (IE)
Apple offers replacements, battery swaps, etc.
