I can't click on "agree" to terms and conditions when I am installing a new copy of Mojave. Agree is ghosted. on the screen telling me about mac software , icloud, game center , etc.
I am installing this mojave OS in a volume of a Ventura OS. My computer can run both OS's (2019 macbook pro, which was originally bootable to high sierra. The mojave installed, but now i cant agree to this? ?/
some times one has to scroll to the bottom of a terms and conditions text box before the agree / continue button becomes enabled, to indicate you really read the terms and conditions

Try clicking the back button until you can "Skip" that part of the installation.
Then continue on again.
You can setup that feature after you login to your user account.
