New Apple Watch won't start

I just bought an apple watch 8 in amazon and it came completly drain, i have been trying to charging it for at least 20 minutes and no response , if i touch the side botton, the green light will iluminate but if i take off the charging cable, it goes to red still.

Try this to force a restart:




  1. Press and hold the Digital Crown and Side button at the same time.
  2. Hold until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears.
  3. Wait for the homescreen/face to appear then try charging again
