iPhone Xs Coverage Expired, Still being Charged $15 per Month?
My iPhone Xs is showing that my Coverage has Expired, yet I'm still being charged $15.00 per month. Does my $15.00 get me free support for my phone? My lightning port is working properly, it's loose and doesn't charge at times. Will it be fixed for free?
If fixes are NOT free, do I have to cancel the Apple Care? That's asinine, if so.
