Notes on iCloud cant be copied when on my PC

I'm having the exact same issue. Is this going to be resolved?

If it's an option for you, you could also copy the contents of your note on your iPhone then email it to yourself on your PC then copy the contents of the note from your email into a Word document as a work around.
