Why is there a yellow exclamation mark with a yellow circle around it well it looks like and exclamation mark or a capitol I with a circle around it when I selected a note to collaborate? Some had them some did not, why?

If the issue remains, can you provide some more details? Do you notice a pattern for the contacts that show this icon? Are they contacts that you have collaborated with before? Are they non Apple devices users?
