notes not converting to doc or pdf

Apple notes recently stopped swiping into a word document and pdf only includes the first page. Are there any other work arounds?OS Ventura

Perform File Type Conversion:

Try the following. Report back the results of opening it up.

Use a Duplicate File:

There are two steps: Duplicate, then Rename.

First: Duplicate the File:

First, make a duplicate so that the original file is not lost. To do so:

Right-Click on the icon
Duplicate

See Screenshot 1

Then: Rename It:

Right Click: the duplicate HTML file (file name ends in "copy)
Select: Rename
Change: the extension to doc
Click: Use .doc button
