Printer dialog box missing

After upgrading my 2022 Macbook Air from Monterey to Ventura yesterday I tried printing from Preview and did not get a dialog box, it just went straight to the printer. How do I always get a dialog box? I cannot find any settings for this.

Printer options not saved as preferences in Ventura As of OS Ventura installed, my printer preferences are not saved any more. I can save for instance my tray preferences as tray one, two and three, but when I choose these presets, print screen only chooses the default values. I talked to a senior advisor at Apple yesterday and he has noted this issue and could see for himself what the issue was by screen sharing. I hope that ths issue will be solved as this was a very usefull was to choose trays, or, as I know peaople use ttis for choosing not to print in color but grayscale

Add printer My Mac Pro does not let me add a printer. Going to Printer& Scanner on System Preference, my HP DeskJet 3720 does not appear in the selection ( selection screen empty). I try to add it manually but it is not accepted. What shall I do?

Printing No Longer Works I have a 2018 mac mini. I just upgraded to Ventura. My 2 printers I had, have no disappeared. A Dymo 450 turbo, connected via USB, and a Lexmark MB2236adw that was connected over wifi. I try to add them again in the control panel under Printers & Scanners, but when I attempt to add printers, the add printers dialog crashes. I am not really sure what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

One way is to keypress command + p. That will bring up the printing dialog box.
