RFE: snap shapes to cells, e.g. aligning arrows to specific cell

I'd like to visually connect cells using an arrow shape, e.g. to indicate a mapping.

So for example I have a column A with properties of Object A and a column B with properties of object B, and I want to visualise a mapping from A.foo (row x) to B.baz (row y) using an arrow shape, but it should stay "connected", i.e. aligned, even when moving or resizing cells.

This doesn't seem possible but would be very handy. Is this planned or where can I post a feature request Apple support team? I think it would make shapes in a spreadsheet so much more useful if they could "snap" to cells.

As you probably know, this is a user-to-user forum, and none of us here know Apple's plans.

You can make suggestions to Apple via Numbers > Provide Numbers Feedback in your menu.
