If you used a backup to restore your phone, then your phone is going to look exactly like it did at the time when the backup was performed.

Anything that you might have added to the phone since the time of the backup will be lost. If you were backing up to iCloud automatically, the backup would be from yesterday, so the most that you would lose is a day's worth of data.

Hi!

If you have a previous backup created with Finder (on Mac with MacOS Catalina 10.15 or later) or iTunes (on Mac with MacOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier, or on Windows PC), you can restore that backup to recover data on your iPhone by following these steps:

1) Connect your iPhone to your computer and open Finder or iTunes.

2) Select the device icon in the window.

3) Click Restore from Backup.

4) Choose the backup that contains your lost files.

5) Click Restore.

If you don’t have a previous backup, you may not be able to recover your lost data. In the future, I recommend that you regularly back up your data to avoid losing important information.

I hope I helped you!
