Photos sent in iMessage are renamed
I’ve noticed the file name of images sent in iMessage are renamed from IMG_#### to something random. Please see images below and how do I stop this from happening?

I too wonder this. Does it rename as something specific in the phone? Like previous messages or titles of things? Northlexi did you have messages with those exact words that are renamed on the picture? Apple if you could rely to this thank u.
