Safari still not loading outlook.

Safari still will not load outlook.com normally. I followed the steps to determine the problem and outlook will load in a privacy window, but the suggestion to correct the issue cannot be used as website data will not load (I've seen other comments that say the same). Is there another approach to correcting the issue?

It is a persistent problem, where Safari will not even load the page independently of through which way you try to acces it (cf. typing in address bar, searching through Google, using a link or saved tab...). It works fine in Chrome though, but I would prefer to keep using Safari. I tried some of the solutions on this topic from a year ago, but neither seems to solve this issue.... Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Outlook Web error using Safari 18.3.1 Error is Cannot Parse Response When I first login to Outlook on the web, everything is fine but after a few minutes, if I try to load an email, it will not load and if I refresh Outlook I get an error message which says Safari Cannot open the page https://Outlook.office.com (etc. etc.) Error is: "Cannot Parse Response" NSURLErrorDomain:-1,017. If I quit Safari altogether it will work ok for a short time and then the same thing happens again. It is quite frustrating.

Safari issues with iOS 16.4? Hi there! Is your access to Outlook.com affected by the 16.4 update? For me, since I updated the iOS, I cannot handle my mail Outlook.com using Safari... Sometimes I can see the new email, but cannot open it. Sometimes I cannot delete messages. I need to log in more than once to do a reading or deletion. Sometimes I can see just a blank page. I decided to install Chrome and compare. No issues with the rival browser... Definitely, something is happening between Safari 16.4 and Outlook.com... : (

Clear all cookies and all saved website data, and try logging into Outlook again.

Clear cookies in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Microsoft probably wants you to load Edge, and to use that.

Alternatively, connect Mail app to Outlook, and use that.

If the problem persists, contact Microsoft Support.

Thank you. In previous attempts the website data would not load, but this time it did and clicking on outlook and removing it corrected the problem!
