would i get a refund if i downgrade my icloud+ plan?

i recently subscribed to icloud+ (200gb) and im just wondering if i’ll get a refund if i were to downgrade from 200gb to 50gb

It was about to renew but before that I downgrade the plan which is free. Now plan got downgraded but still money got deducted for 200 GB plan but didn’t got storage. iCloud storage and google storage We’ve been getting charged multiple times a month for a one time monthly subscription per these items. I wanted to see about getting a refund on the past charges that were multiply charged but instead they didn’t refund me and just canceled my subscription. I need the subscription but I don’t want to be charged 5+ times $0.99 a month for one

Not unless you separately ask for one and the iTunes Store staff approves it. Downgrades don't take effect until the end of the current billing cycle.
