Hi I bought iphon12 pro in February but stolen my phon last night , I bought from Amazon have can I claim at Amazon or Apple Store?

the normal warranties never covers theft

one would have to get the special applecare+ with theft and loss protection in order to get that, and it's not a thing in all countries, and I would guess sort of expensive

and of cause contact your carrier, the local law enforcements and maybe your insurance company
