Videos / streaming unable to go full screen

Hi there, my 2020 MacBook Air is running Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261).

Recently, I found that videos and streaming content would not go full screen. Have tried everything but none of the options for making the content full screen appear to work.

Have checked for a solution but can find no solution.

Very frustrating.

Both my iPhone and iPad Air work fine.
