iOS 16.4 or iOS 16.4.1 iPhone 12pro ear speaker no voice software issue resolution.

Dear @AppleSupportCommunity/All Apple users,

This post is related with the issue happening with ear speaker after updating with iOS 16.4. Just before updating the iOS, I have serviced and cleaned speakers my iPhone 12Pro and it was working fantastic and still the below speaker is working fantastic. But Ear speaker is not working and no sound is coming and I got to know while I am trying to call someone and was not able to receive any voice and then I tried to put on speaker and the sound started coming from speaker mic.

So I followed all latest issues people got for the same iOS update and I am sure it is not my speaker issue so I followed all tips like hard resetting phone, noise cancellation OFF and hearing aid compatibility ON. So after following these three methods sequentially I am able to get little sound from no sound in my ear speaker. Hope it helps to other users, but still I am sure its a iOS update or some software issue, but why my EAR speaker's voice is not coming 100%, it feels like just 10% voice is coming.

So I checked the details of iOS 16.4 release which is as follows:

This update introduces 21 new emoji and includes other enhancements, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPhone.

This update includes the following enhancements and bug fixes:

• 21 new emoji including animals, hand gestures, and objects are now available in emoji keyboard
• Notifications for web apps added to the Home Screen
• Voice Isolation for cellular calls prioritizes your voice and blocks out ambient noise around you
• Duplicates album in Photos expands support to detect duplicate photos and videos in an iCloud Shared Photo Library
• VoiceOver support for maps in the Weather app
• Accessibility setting to automatically dim video when flashes of light or strobe effects are detected
• Fixes an issue where Ask to Buy requests from children may fail to appear on the parent's device
• Addresses issues where Matter-compatible thermostats could become unresponsive when paired to Apple Home
• Crash Detection optimizations on iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models

If we focused on above enhancement specially bold one, it is sure that Apple had made some changes with voice calls which is attached with ear speaker signals and software. So there must some way to detect this problem and asap @apple can release a new patch where this critical problems get solved.

We all know we are humans and can make mistakes, but once realised need to recorrect it and I know apple will do it asap.
