My mother-in-law is going under hospice care, and the 24-hour Hospice number needs to be called instead of local emergency services if her Apple Watch detects a fall. Is there any way this can be done?

You can add the hospice number as an emergency contact to the emergency number, but you cannot remove calling the emergency first. For more info, see:
