I pay for Apple TV and my direct tv stream box just offered the Apple TV app. When I sign in it doesn’t recognize me as ha I g already paid and wants to charge me to watch my shows
Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), using the same Apple ID account that has the subscription linked to it. (It wouldn’t work through other accounts that do not have access to this subscription content.)
