My iCloud backup is on but it will only backup manually
My iCloud backup is on but it will not backup automatically. The only way to backup is manually pressing the backup now button
can anyone help with this?

Your phone needs to be connected to wifi, plug into power source, locked and left alone in order for it to backup automatically.
