2. As it Reads: "If you accidentally delete reminders and you aren’t using upgraded reminders, you can restore an archived version of your reminders. See Restore your reminders on iCloud.com."

You can restore your reminders and reminder lists (together with your calendars and events) from an earlier version that was automatically archived in iCloud.
