Anyone having issues with the latest update? Just sits in the “preparing update” screen indefinitely

You may need to try a force quit and/or restart, just to clear the device.

Or you might need to try and use your PC/Mac to

install by wire; if there may be an issue with WiFi.

From wherever that leaves you, it may re-start the update sequence..

Sometimes, maybe on rare occasion, iPhone could resume an update.

Or it may actually try to Install the Update, it downloaded. I just updated

my older iPhone and it took a long time; but let it just sit and not rush.

Unlike previous incarnate update/upgrades, these do OK, if they keep

plugged in & use WiFi. ~ IF needed, you may end up using computer

and USB cable to update the iPhone by wire. Sorry to not have more.
