Import of mailboxes

I have imported mailboxes from Apple Mail on an older MacBook to a new (MacOS Ventura). It worked fine so far that I get a message that the imported mailboxes now are in a new mailbox named Import in the Mail sidebar. But there is no mailbox named Import in the sidebar.

From my old Mac I exported the mailbox (took just one to test) to a folder in Dropbox. Looks fine to me.

On my new Mac went to Mail/Archive and chose Import mailboxes, then followed the instruction, chose Apple Mail, and chose the file in the Dropbox folder, worked fine, and a message came up saying the the imported mailbox is in a mailbox named Import in the sidebar. All looks fine so far but I have not found any mailbox named Import. (I use Mail ver 16 on bot the computers).

Further info: I looked up Apple's instructions before trying and have, as far as I know, followed them. I have tried with 3 different mailboxes with the same result.

I have tried that too. Then I get a message saying "there are no valid mbox files" (my translation from Swedish). However, when I check the files in the Dropbox folder there are 3 files, 'info.list', 'mbox', and 'table_of_contents'. For 'mbox' and 'table_of_contents', the size is 0 bytes. Maybe the files are corrupted in some way? And the issue is on exporting the mailboxes?

I tried to export to a USB memory stick instead of a Dropbox folder, that worked. So thank you for the help.

I have no idea why it did not work to export to a Dropbox folder, that would have been easier, to move the mailboxes via a USB memory stick need a bit more work but that will do. I don't know if exporting to Dropbox is a generic issue, or if the problem is Mail on my old computer. (After upgrading to Monterey there has been many functions in Mail that stopped working properly, and I could never solve them. That was one reason I bought a new Mac a bit earlier than planned).
