With my recent update to OS Catalina version 10.15.7 I no longer can use iPhoto v-9.6.1, and need a compatible version to use?

iPhoto 9.6.1 is indeed a 64-bit application, but it needs older iLife system frameworks, that are no longer provided by macOS 10.15 Catalina or later. So it cannot run on Catalina. You have to keep your Mac on Mojave, if you want to be able to run iPhoto. Or use Photos instead.

Simply use Photos to open your iPhoto Library, it will create a new library.
There is no version of iPhoto that is compatible with Catalina or later.
It was replaced by Photos 8 or 9 years ago.

Version: 9.6.1 iPhoto in System Info shows Kind: 64-bit, but is disabled on my MacMini using OS Catalina version 10.15.7. Can't find iPhoto that may be compatible with Catalina?
