I've managed to lock myself out of my iPhone 6s, because I've forgotten the password to the phone itself. I was wondering if there's a way to upload photos from the locked phone to iCloud because I know I'll probably have to reset the phone completely and I'd rather not lose the photos and videos.

Sorry, there isn't any way to upload photos or anything else to iCloud if the phone is locked. The only hope would be if you had iCloud Photos turned on before or had a backup to a computer or iCloud from before the phone was locked.

Hi, luckily I bought more storage and the photos have all uploaded to my iCloud. Phew. I was also wondering if when I press clear iPhone (or equivalent) does this delete the photos from my iCloud too or just the phone itself?
If you were to go into the Photos app on the phone and delete the photos that way, it would delete them from iCloud as well but if you reset the phone using the procedures in my previous post or if you were to erase the entire phone using the option in Settings > General > Reset, that will not affect iCloud.
