iCloud Storage

I have been backing up my data to iCloud but recently it seems to say that storage is full however when I check, it's only using 3.7GB of 5GB. I still have about slightly more than 1GB more to go. Screenshot of the apps that is backed up into iCloud. I can remove backing up the rest of the apps and just maintain to backup Contacts and Whatsapp.
