I want to delete all files from computer since i received it as I am returning it. It is old, has OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 And i am not experienced Mac user. Any help is appreciated.

Click here and follow the instructions. If the computer originally shipped with 10.6.8 or earlier, when you reach step 8, use a Mac OS X install DVD instead of the recovery system.
