Every random touch and or random movement causes all the icons to start wiggling, with the minus sign in the upper left corner visible. Is there a way to stop this from occurring? It happens 20+ times a day, and has gone beyond annoying.

What triggers it is touching and holding a blank section of your iPad’s Home Screen. Refrain from doing that and the behavior should stop.
