my iphone 14's lock screen's "Add New Wallpaper" screen is missing the icon at the top "Shuffle Photos". All that is there are Emoji and Weather. Many others are missing. How can I get all of them to appear?

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.
