My own wallpaper (desktop image) keeps resetting itself after I reboot my 16" MacBook Pro M2 Max to the default macOS Ventura wallpaper (the yellow one). I have the latest update 13.3.1 running.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I have this same issue (based on the OP's post) and no, it's not before or after logging on but just randomly resetting to the yellow wallpaper and each time I add a new home screen it will reset that as well. It's frustrating.
Do you mean what you see before or after logging in to your account? At the login window it’s normal that you keep seeing the Ventura graphics.
