Turn off password suggestion

I’m trying to change my password the and apple won’t stop “Suggesting Strong Passwords.”

So I click “create own” I’ll type in my password, but when I click “confirm password” in the next window, it deletes my password and pops up with “Suggest Strong Password” again.

Is there a way to remove the suggestion option?

I tried changing it in settings and couldn’t find anything. I’be checked other forms and it it says there’s no way to shut this off, but I need this turned off to create my own password.

Thank you.
