AirPod pro case not charging

If your AirPods case will not charge, try testing with multiple charging cables and adapters first. It may also help to reset your AirPods before trying to charge them again: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro. 

It is also possible that service will be needed for your case. You can contact Apple Support directly for help with repair options.
