Defective Macbook Pro

Bought a 13 inch Macbook Pro M2 from an Apple Premium Reseller 3 days ago. A flickering thin black vertical line started to appear after a couple of hours that eventually turned into a permanent purple line. It has never been dropped and was on a desk the entire time. I brought it to their service center and was told that they don't replace devices anymore and only repair. We don't have an Apple store where I'm from.

Reseller's Policies apply unless you bought DIRECT from Apple.


Ask the Reseller what they can do for you.
