What is this alert on my iPhone?

Go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts/Subscribed Calendars and delete the rogue calendar that you inadvertently installed, then restart your phone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

You’re welcome. There are websites that offer you some service if you accept a link to something you might be interested in. That link can create a subscribed calendar. So be careful what offers you accept.
