I was supposed to get 3 months of Apple TV fee with my ROKU and they only gave me a free 7 days already charged
What can I do to get my 3 free months of apple TV, I have tried to call but I only get automated phone messages

That offer is for buying a new Roku device, and activating it between 2/24/23 and 5/7/23. New subscribers only. That offer has to be redeemed on that new Roku, not on a different device. Redeeming should be done as Roku describes (and get email from Roku). Activating a subscription in any other way will not apply the offer perks. Once redeemed, the subscription would be valid for any of your devices with the Apple TV app, when signed in with the same Apple ID account.
