SCREEN PROTECTOR ON MACBOOK

what do i do if i already put a screen protector over my macbook pro m2 screen without knowing it actually damages the device? i’ve heard i could remove the protective layer that was already applied to the screen, but if i don’t remove it the device will eventually break since there is no space meant for a protective glass?😞 please help out

Well, I would consult the third party product support page where ever the "protector" came from— and seek their guidance...

I have no way of knowing.

It could be at this point you just leave it, if removing it causing even more harm.
