Missing songs

Missing songs

Hello,

I am trying to find out why Jane's Addiction's 1987 Live album is incomplete on Apple music. We only have access to songs; 2,4,5,7,8,10. Where are the rest? Is this a copyright issue? if so can it get worked out? I CAN listen to the whole thing on Amazon music....Barf, but that would require ANOTHER subscription service. I am curious as to why Amazon has the full album but Apple does not.

We'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

Is this the only album that's missing songs?
If all songs were present in the past, when did this occur?
Was this album purchased on the iTunes Store, or did you add it to your library using an Apple Music subscription?
If you have an Apple Music subscription, and use it on other devices other than your iPhone, are the same songs missing on that album when playing it on those other devices?

1) from what I can tell yes.

2) the songs where there a decade ago when they were ripped from my cd to iTunes but not that I am using nothing but Apple Music (that Mac croaked and I no longer have access to that storage either)

3) added through my Apple Music subscription

4) I do have a sub and the missing songs are on no devices.
