first Apple Watch 2 weeks ago. Unboxed at home, used around the house 1 day already have minor scratches. What kind of apple product quality? I’m so disappointed. Apple won’t help. Any solutions how to remove those scratches

Put a screen protector on your watch, which will likely hide the scratch and prevent future scratches. Accept that glass can scratch and if avoiding scratches are something which is important you, next time buy a more expensive version of Apple Watch. All Stainless Steel Model 8 and Apple Watch Ultra come with Sapphire glass, which is almost impossible to scratch. You buy the least expensive model of anything and you don't get the top end features.

It was only a matter of luck (and your using careful handling) whether the first scratch appeared on Day 1 or Day 100. You can't do anything about the scratches, and being realistic about it if they don't impact functions like the touch screen there is nothing you can do to remove the marks.
Any attempt to polish the display (glass) would need something abrasive which will cause more damage and could prevent proper function. If the scratches are on the watch body you would damage the anodised surface and leave a larger and more visible defect.
