Battery Maximum capacity decreased fast

Hi,

I just bought Iphone 13 Pro. When i open it its maximum battery wa %99 and i just charge it 2 times. After that it decreased %98. It looks not normal. When i ask other user they said it takes sometimes 1 year to decrease like that.
