Silence Unknown: separate for each SIM?

Is it possible to set this feature separately for each SIM?

If not, how to promote this necessary idea?

Multiple line using esims “ You can install eight or more eSIMs on an iPhone and use two phone numbers at the same time.” Can someone explain this statement? Doesn’t each sim support a individual phone line? With each line can you set do not disturb separately?
