Hello,

I do not have an answer for you but based on the above article your iPhone XS should have it since you are on iOS16.

"iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR include this feature starting with iOS 13.1"

I recommend reaching out to Apple Support as a hardware or software issue could be why you cannot see this information.
