Outlook app new emails notification not working

Dear folk

Sorry I couldn't find the proper category for my question

I have iPhone 13 with IOS 16.4 my updated version of outlook app that was configured to use work IMAP not showing new email notifications ,,,,,so far what I did :

1-Outlook settings. Under the main section, I selected the notification. Then selected the Focused and Other Inboxes options.

2-Settings --> Outlook -->Notifications --> Allow Notifications is checked (on)

3- Restarted the phone more than one time

What else do I need to check to make it work ?
