In Finder I can't drag files over Sidebar shortcuts

I have a few Automator scripts that I put in the sidebar of Finder, including a Bulk Rename. On all my other Macs I can drag files over them and the scripts run without any issue.

I recently realized that on this M1 MBP (that has been updated to Ventura) I can't do that anymore. I get the forbidden icon (the screenshot didn't capture it).

I removed and added the scripts again to the sidebar.

I tried running First Aid, but that didn't help either.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance.

As an alternative—If it is saved as an "Application" you can drop it in the Dock and use it there.
