Ultra Action Button - Shortcut feature not showing

My action button only has 7 options. Shortcut feature is missing.

Does anyone know how to enable “Shortcuts option”.

Apple Watch Ultra, watchOS 9

When you open the Watch App on your iPhone and tap Action Button, is Shortcut not available there?

Hi. No it wasn’t there but after trawling the Internet to no avail I resorted to the tried and trusted “Turn it off, turn it on!”

Hey presto, the option was then available!
