My iPhone SE 2020 doesn’t ring randomly

My iPhone with ios 16.3.1 randomly stop ringing when receives a call. It happened sometimes that I’m looking at the phone when the call receive. The screen turns on, the ringtone tries to start but as long as a very short beep then the phone goes silence. It happen randomly, I mean with a same contact sometimes it rings and sometimes it doesn’t.
