Cannot restore HomePod mini connecting to Mac.

Hello, I am seeing issue with HomePod mini restore when connecting to Mac. When I click on restore option, I see a popup with session is inactive error. It is running HomePod OS 16.4 and MacOS Ventura 13.3.1

Homepod upgraded to 17.1.1 and then it froze and does not start nor restore. My brand new HomePod had some issues setting up. It came with os 15.6. I lugged on my Mac mini and was able to update it to 17.1.1. After that it broke down and now it does not set up nor restore. When I plug it in, it just shows a rotating white light. I press and light goes red but nothing happens no matter how long I keep pressing. When I try the USBC to Mac mini restore it just says that it cannot restore and that the "session is inactive", whatever that means. This is by far the worse apple product I have ever had. So frustrating.

HomePod mini stuck in "configuring" status I've read about this issue all over this website and 3rd party sites. I was always able to reset my HomePod mini, which seemed to be need with 1 of 2 of them whenever I lost internet. It happened again a week ago, so I followed the steps I've completed in past, which I pulled from this Apple community and the internet ... now I can't get it out of the configuring status. No matter what I do, even with a reset using my Mac mini, I'm unable to get it out of this status. Because it's in this status, I can use it, can't pair it with my other HomePod mini for stereo for my Apple TV. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

You can do it manually without the Mac.
