Airpods Pro 2 Case not showing in the find my App
I have tried resetting my AirPods several times and reconnecting it back but I only find my in ear AirPods but the AirPods Pro 2 case doesn’t show. What should I do again

We understand that you're trying to locate the charging case, as explained at Find your lost AirPods - Apple Support. "With AirPods Pro (2nd generation), you can also locate the charging case on the map if it's separated from your AirPods." Bear in mind that this is considered when out of the range of the AirPods, so if they are located in the same place it may still see them as one unit. Is the case still with you when using the AirPods and trying to find it?
