Every router manufacturer has different instructions for their router to do this. Try checking the owner's manual or setup guide for your router to find out how to access the current settings on the router.
You could also contact the support folks for your router for help as well.
If you could provide the make and model number of your router, it is also possible that another user might be using the same product and be able to help. Please post only the manufacturer name and model number of your router. Do not post a serial number for security reasons.
