watch shortcuts missing?

I have no shortcuts on my watch series 7 -fully updated and a complete unpair and reset?

I also toggled the long press in the phones shortcut, and clicked on the info button and hit show on watch, and rebooted several times. Is shortcuts on watch just broke right now?

The shortcuts you write on the iphone need to be relevant to Watch before they will show on Watch.

Also make sure you do this

  1. Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap  in the top-right corner of a shortcut.
  3. Tap  on the shortcut screen at the bottom then turn on Show on Apple Watch. Tap Done

iOS 16.4.1 / Apple Watch 9.4

I was letting you know, I was not asking, the three dots is an old method for the newest versions.

  1. Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone.
  2. Long Hold the shortcut.
  3. Tap "Details"  on the menu that opens, then toggle 'Show on Apple Watch'. Tap Done

For anyone that ends up here, I did find a solution, uninstall shortcuts, unpair watch, reboot phone, re-install shortcuts, re-pair watch. This finally gave back shortcuts on watch.

That three dots then the i is out dated now.

it's a long press, then the i and toggle show on watch. I also said I already did that in then OP

I tested it on my iphone 12 and Watch SE and on my setup that procedure is not outdated. It works as described.

Yes I know you said you had done it but that is the correct procedure.

If all seems normal except for one specific bad behaviour then do this...

That is a standard remedy much as I suggested, apart from the uninstall.

Are you saying that after all that unpairing and re-pairing the three dots no longer brings up the (i) option because mine still does work as I described. ie

Shortcuts

3 dots (...)

then the (i) at the bottom

Then turn on Show on Apple Watch, then Done,

The long press brings up this on my OS9.4 and ios16.4
