I am having pop-ups blocked on a website where I allowed them. I have tried toggling the allow on and off. I have also restarted my Mac twice. I finally reinstalled the OS. Still getting pop-up blocked. However, on my desktop Mac running the same version of the OS on the same website, the pop-up window opens fine.
Any ideas?

Open Safari and go to the website where you'd like pop-ups available. Click Safari in the menu bar and select Settings for [website name]. Look at the settings there and make sure pop-ups are enabled there.

Many times if you clear your browsing history and data, you can get the pop-up you desire on a website that requires them. Here is how to do that.

Go to setting at Safari > Settings > Websites > Content Blockers. If your site is in the list and "on", turn the switch to off. The site may be falsely reporting Pop Ups blocked when the content is blocked as well.

I tried safe mode, and the popup is still blocked. I restarted as normal, and the popup is still blocked.
I reinstalled Ventura, and the problem still exists.
As before, the problem does not happen on my desktop Mac. It also doesn’t happen on my MacBook Pro when using Firefox.

Since you’re still not getting the pop-ups you expect, let’s make sure your Mac is fully up to date. The latest macOS version is 13.3.1. You can see which version your Mac is on by going to Apple Menu () > About This Mac. Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

Thank you. However, I forgot to mention that the first thing I did was clear my browsing history and data and restarted.
I have popups enabled for the website. I have tried turning off and back on a couple of time to see if it was stuck. No help.
