I cannot get my email on my Apple Watch. It says I’m not connected to the Wi-Fi.

Something to check: You’ll need to be in proximity of your iPhone, and connected to the same network. The watchOS mail client is an interface into the iOS mail client, and not a separate and standalone mail client.
